Must have been custom made for a customer. Size has been omitted on the label. Please pay close attention to the measurements.
Shiny White Satin Dress with Round Collar
Laced Chevron neckline
~ Puff Sleeves with Lace Insert  ~ Fitted Waistline ~ Full Ruffled Skirts w/Lace Detail ~ Tiny Satin ribbon to tie around to the back of the waistline ~ Two Tiny Satin Ribbon Bows held on with Safety Pins under the first row of Ruffles (one of the bows is frayed, but easily replaced.)  Mentioning for accuracy. Zips up the backside.
It is my guess this is/might be a 24 Month Dress.
