This is a vintage Thu Trang dress tagged a girls size 3 but go by the measurements to ensure proper fit. The measurements are without taking into consideration wearing the bloomers. This cutie is a very very pale yellow-ish color. Almost like melted vanilla ice cream. Tank style with smocked straps, smocked ruffle hem, yellow buttons and some embroidery. I love the pointed V shape ruffle bloomers! In perfect condition. I found no flaws.
