We had 9 Vintage Polly Flinders, 1 Princess Anne, and 1 Chez Belle Hand Smocked Girls Dresses in various sizes! WE ONLY HAVE A FEW OF THESE SPECIAL DRESSES LEFT! All of the dresses were treasured -- well cared for, worn for a few special occasions (or just one!), and stored.     PERFECT PORTRAIT DRESS! As pictured, here is a PRINCESS ANNE short puffed sleeved pink gingham check dress with a Peter Pan collar. It features an apron style hand smocked front that has a diamond pattern with flowers inside going straight down the center.
    The dress buttons in the back. The skirt has an eyelet trimmed ruffle and is  very flouncy in the style of a circle skirt. Size Toddler 4.
    The label suggests washing the dress in "All-TempaCheer!" Now that's true vintage and  cross-collectible advertising!
