PERFECT PORTRAIT DRESS! As pictured, here is a Polly Flinders long sleeved navy blue dress with a white lace covered and trimmed Peter Pan collar. It features an apron style with white lace trim and a hand smocked front that has embroidered TULIPS scattered across the front of the dress.
The white cuffs also have white lace trim. The dress buttons and ties in the back. Size 7. This is a very pretty all occasion dress. The lace trim and tulip embroidery over the hand smocking really make it special. If I remember correctly, this dress was worn only one time for a photo. It is in excellent condition.
