Vintage Martha's Miniatures Fussy Sheer Printed Dot Full Circle Dress Bell Made in  USA 3T
Yellow Chiffon with small white  printed dot pattern. White lace. 2 heart button closure in back. Tired ruffle/lace. Tie back. Solid yellow liner/underskirt with bell/felt bow (untied)
Estate find. Overall in Good condition. Noticeable flaws: Some of the printed polka dots are faded or no longer visible on the chiffon.  Bow/flower is a bit messy on chest and the bow on the bell is no longer tied. Both are  Pinned on with small safety pin and can be re-tied.The arms had elastic but the elastic seems to be stretched out and no elasticity left. From elders estate and did notice a bit of vintage/stale odor ..possibly hint of cig smoke?
Laying flat approx: 12"armpit to armpit,17" top of shoulder to bottom,11" across waist seam, 10" shoulder seam to shoulder seam.
