    PERFECT PORTRAIT DRESS! As pictured, here is a classic and timeless CHEZ BELLE long sleeved blue plaid dress with a pointed shirt style collar. It features a ruffled apron style hand smocked front that has three rows of embroidered flowers across the front in the center of the smocking.

    Note that the dress tag does not indicate the size, but if I remember correctly (and I compared it to a Size 4 Polly Flinders dress), it is a Size 5. Please refer to the listed measurements in item specifics.
