This is an absolutely adorable Little girls Vintage Party Dressmaybe a 2-3 Toddler (don't have no little ones)CHEST  : 20 "WAIST  : 23 "LENGTH  : 18 "This is a pretty pastel blue Nylon sheer dress with S/S, full skirt, back buttons & lace accents on necklinethe top of the dress has tiny scallops in the fabric I tried to pic them but they are hard to seepuffy short sleeves with tiny lace edging  (tiny elastic inside sleeve bottoms loose)wide 2 row blue sheer fabric at waist and continues around back to tie into big bowskirt bottom is 3 rows of white lace, with satin ribbon between each row, with the bottom layer being scalloped the bottom of dress is blue sheer nylonunderneath the skirt is a layer of blue sheer nylonThe dress is absolutely EXCVC. the only thing it needs is a few stitches around button holesI put the neckline in last pictures I sew and I think the dress buttoned underneath the back piece and someone cut a buttonhole through both layers
Just turned dress inside out and discovered a repair and tiny spot on waistline (shown in last pic)Someone resewed the skirt and used beige thread, the spot is right on front not real noticeable but wanted to make sure it was known to the buyer (I did not try to remove it)Otherwise Very clean and ready to wear                                                 62 " skirt circumference
