IS JUST APPROXIMATE.
THE MEASUREMENTS ARE WAIST= 11" AND THE LENGTH IS 15"
VERY GOOD, VERY CLEAN, PRE-OWNED, VINTAGE CONDITION.  THE FLAWS I SEE IS IN THE LAST PICTURE WHERE THERE ARE 3 VERY SMALL STAIN SPOTS ON THE FRONT BOTTOM RUFFLE OF THE DRESS AND THE SLEEVES FOR THE MOST PART HAVE LOST THEIR ELASTICITY.
SUPER CUTE ONE PIECE PINAFORE STYLE DRESS, SHORT SLEEVES.  MOSTLY WHITE DRESS WITH BLUE PETITE FLOWERS ON THE SLEEVES, COLLAR AND TRIM.  LACE ACCENTS OVER THE SHOULDERS AND AROUND THE DRESS. EMBROIDERED BUTTERFLY AND FLOWERS IN THE CHEST AREA. THERE IS A TWO BUTTON CLOSURE ON THE BACK.
