Antique Ivory-Colored  Cotton Muslin Petticoat Half Slip
This sweet antique/early 1900s Edwardian Petticoat is made of icotton/muslin, with pretty eyelet and drawn thread trim.   In the old days, it would have been worn under a long skirt or dress, and peek out from under the skirt. With a little TLC, it could be revived and worn again.
Measurements of skirt, laying flat:
Waist: 40" ~ has short "placket", but no sign of how waist was fitted. Drawstring? Button? Additional fabric?  Slightly gathered
Hip: 50"
Length: 34"
The ivory cotton/muslin fabric has a1 -1/4" eyelet section at the waistband, and a 10" section of pretty eyelet and drawn thread trim above the hemline. Unfortunately, there are holes in the trim, as well as in other parts of the thin fabric.
Skirt is sold as is, with small holes from wear and years of storage.   Reminds me of something Mary and Laura might have worn ~
