VINTAGE WHITE LINEN TODDLER DRESS. "R" MONOGRAM, SCALLOPED DETAIL. 19" long

Description

This listing is for a fancy white toddler dress with an "R" monogram on the chest.  It has scalloped details running down the front, around the neck and at the ends of the sleeves.  The buttons are fabric covered.  Unfortunately the bottom button is missing.  There is a button hole about 1" up from the bottom, but no matching button. It measures 19" from the back of the neck to the hem, and 13" across laying flat at the underarms.
There are a few brown spots throughout which I haven't tried to launder. Some can be seen in photo 2.  There are also a couple small holes, as shown to the right of the monogram in photo 3 and near the side seam and belt loop on the right front in photo 10. These holes could be disguised with embroidery or covered with appliqués. There are also belt loops at the side seams, but no belt is present.
It has no labels, but looks like linen in the weave. It is softer than many linens, so it may be a linen/cotton blend.  I believe it is handmade.
I haven't laundered or ironed this, or any of the other vintage children's items I'm listing. I'd rather leave the handling to the buyer.
