Vintage PINK Betty Oden Dress 6 Full Ruffled Frilly Sheer Circle Party Pageant.  Dress is in good vintage condition.  SOFT SHEER -  It has a pinches/snags on the sheer however its not noticeable unless you are looking for them.  There is also 2 small holes along the side seam of the sheer.  I would image its a quick fix if you take in 1/4 inch.  Looks like a stitch came undone along waist and then mended, could use re-do.  Unstitching also on bow strap edge, see pictures.  All are miner fixes, I didn't want to fix as some collectors might want it this way.  Light small spot on bodice, like a pepper flake you can only see at a certain angle.  It may soak out.  Also small spot along hem.  All of these are miner fixable imperfections.  Happy to answer any questions.
