Adorable vintage Nannette cotton toddler girl dress.
Size 2. Pink Cotton with embroidery.
I haven't washed this, I will leave it for you experts to do that.
Has some faint yellow stains. One stain is at the center front of the chest-- that is the worst one. Hopefully you could get that out.
Here are the measurements
Waist - 20 inches but you can gather with the tie
Top of shoulder to bottom edge - 16 inches
