Waist laying flat side to side 12" - total waist 24"

Hood vintage condition- see photos of center front. The lacing loops do not go all the way to the top edge of the la e around the neck-not sure if that is how it was originally or if some of the loops for lacing are gone. Additional loops can easily be added if buyer wants to lace dress up to top of lace edge. Also there is a red pen marks on the inside of the neck - see photos- it may come out in wash or it may be permanent
