This is either a handmade or unbranded item. No tag in item. It is very well constructed either way.
Because of the lack of tag I am unsure of the size this is. Best guess is a 12-18 month. Possibly a 24 Month/2T. Please compare measurements to another article of clothing you have.
All measurements taken lying flat and unstretched:
armpit to armpit: 10"
length, shoulder to hem: 19"
