Vintage Girl’s Floral Dress

Black background with large flowers of dark pink, light pink, and sage green
Pullover, with 4 black buttons at back neckline
Rounded collar
Large 3" wide sash in back of matching fabric
Long sleeves, with narrow band (not elastic) at wrists.  Attached to the shoulder seams with a little "pouf".
Appears to be high waisted -- not sure
100% polyester
Machine washable -- Freshly laundered
Perfect dress for any special occasion -- wedding, fancy party, portrait sitting
I understood that this dress is probably from the 1980's or 1990's.  Can not confirm age.
