Vintage Girl's Dress - 1910s?? Edwardian??

Vintage Girl's Dress - 1910s?? Edwardian??. Shipped with USPS First Class.  This looks like a toddler-sized dress and is made in a double-breasted style with ribbon scrolling and lace at the hem and cuff. This was found with in a box with other vintage clothing from our grandmother (born in 1906), so we are guessing that this was hers, but I have not been able to find any photos or other similar clothing to identify it (so we may be wrong on the time period).  It is in good condition for its age.  The fabric has yellowed and has some water marks on the fabric.  Buttons were removed (see photos).  Dimensions:  Length - 60 inches; sleeves - 28 inches; chest - 40.5 inches; shoulder - 29 inches. Sale is final.  Vintage clothing by nature is not perfect, and I have not tried to clean the item.  Please ask any questions you have before purchase.
