    Vintage Betty Oden Red ruffled layered Pageant party holiday Christmas circle dress.  smoke free home
    NOTE: At the bottom of the "V" in the front chest there are 2 teeny tiny places that I can not tell whether they are marks or if someone had pinned something there?  You can see in the close up picture that the places are almost pin point size (I put a straight pin there to show you).  Also, the elastic in the sleeves is not very stretchy (which I have noticed in other auctions the same thing)
