This listing is for a vintage baby girl  dress by Cradle Togs.  It does not have size tag but I measured it with the available dresses, so the size is for 0 - 3 Months and it seems like cotton blend.
It is in very good vintage condition for its age with minimal wear.

them in lots and it is impossible to measure all of them one by one.
