Vintage baby dress

Description

Really puzzled by this sweet vintage baby dress in white with blue crocheted accents.
There are no tags so I really lean towards it being handmade.  Have no idea what kind of fabric this is, but it makes for a beautiful dress.
Then someone hand crocheted the blue although the bow has gotten squiggly.
Sweet round collar, short sleeves and three buttons in the back.
This one measures about 14" from neck at shoulder to bottom of hem and I think about 11" ptp.
This one is freshly laundered, which is wonderful, but also an issue. I never dreamed I'd break a button while washing this one, but I did. The top one.  The four buttons are like flowers and look like glass. I wonder if they were sewn on backwards because the side that shows is flat.  Anyway, I digress....the top button broke off a couple of the round "petals"....they're still together and I will include. Idk how to glue them back on to stay.
Also of note is that the button closures are hand crocheted.
As for damage, all I see is a spot on the right yoke and left sleeve and a hole in the back of the sleeve.
