Vintage Baby Dress White Christening Gown Infant D

Available here is a vintage white baby dress with pleating across the chest.
This dress measures 12 inches across the front arm pit to arm pit.
It measures 24 1/2 inches across the bottom from side seam to side seam.
The sleeve measures 4 1/2 inches down the underarm seam.
The dress is 17 inches down the front from collar to hem.
It came out of an estate and I have not washed it. So it may contain smell or odors from its previous home.
The back opening is missing the top button and the dress has a few light stains.
