Vintage 1950s Tiny Town Tog light blue and white peter pan collar dress. Eyelet lace accents. Puff sleeves (elastic at opening). Crinonline underneath for poofy look. Back tie waist. Button closure
No materials tag (materials tags were not introduced until the 70s, except for certain types of clothing). Feels like a cotton or cotton blend. Crinoline is stiffer and possibly nylon or rayon. However, I can NOT confirm this. That is just my best guess
FLAWS: one floral eyelet is darkened - it's by the waist seam. See photo. There are a few white spots on the back of the skirt. Please see photo.
Bottom button needs repair (needs reinforcement due to fabric wear where button is attached - see photo).
Vintage size 3. This seems accurate - but PLEASE check measurements to confirm!! No stretch
