Vintage 1950s girls dress palm trees full skirt sz 2?

Description

Vintage late 1950s early 1960s girl's dress, cotton probably poly blend, print featuring palm trees.  There is a separate belt that ties, no loops, dress shown with and without.  There are 2 pin size spots on the front, see photo, otherwise good vintage condition.
Size charts suggest this is a size 2, but please use measurements:
