    Description

    Lovely, fancy party dress for a little girl. 1950's era, pastel blue taffeta.
    Dress has a full tiered skirt, lace on the bodice and long sash for a bow at the back.
    Excellent condition. Clean, crisp and ready for wear or display.
    Label says by Little and Martin on one side and Makers of Somersalt Playtogs Buttercup Frocks on the other.
    It measures 24" from shoulder seam to bottom of hem, 28" around measured just under the sleeves. Sleeves are 4 1/4" long and elastic at the end is still stretchy. Dress  has a 5" hem. Looks like it has been shortened at one time as there's lace on the turned up part similar to the bodice lace. Don't know if it could be lengthened without a line showing though. The shortening was done by hand.
    No size given on the label but it's around a size 4 to 5 somewhere, I'd guess.
    Comes in it's own specially sized vinyl plastic bag that buttons rather than zips and with cute plastic hanger.
