DESCRIPTION:
<>
It is a shakuhachi made by the late Dr. Ranbu Yokoyama.
His son, Katsuya Yokoyama, is famous for playing the New York Philharmonic under the direction of Seiji Ozawa and the November Steps composed by Toru Takemitsu in 1967, playing an active role as an emeritus professor at Tokyo College of Music and the director of the International Shakuhachi Training Center.
This product is one that my father, who studied under both teachers as a disciple, asked Mr. Ranbu directly to make it when he was a disciple.
Since he made it about 48 years ago, he rarely used the 2 ulnar canal at that time, so he didn't use it at training sessions or recitals and kept it at home for a long time.
Such a father also became old and became an exhibition this time.
There is no physical evidence that my father was a disciple or that he requested direct production, but please judge by looking at the image of this product.
Until now, we have not performed any repairs or maintenance to improve the appearance.
The condition is good.
All the accessories are in the image.
It will be expensive, but I think that there will be products in good condition in the future, so please consider it.
