Size 4? (not very clear marking)
Exact age unknown.  The dress is a Shirley Temple type, so it may be from that era.
Made in the USA.
VERY NICE CLEAN GENTLY PRE-OWNED CONDITION; LOOKS EVEN BETTER IN PERSON.
