This is being sold disc only in the case seen in the pictures. The disc is in acceptable condition. The disc does have considerable scratching and likely will need repair at a disc repair location (such as a gaming store) prior to being able to function properly. The game is believed to be capable of repair/buffing but in its current condition the full working condition cannot be guaranteed. Sold as-is.
