Great vintage childrens sailor dress by Ruth of Carolina. It is a size 14 and measures pit to pit 17", Shoulders 12 1/2" and 33" long. It is made of a 50/50 poly rayon blend and has a linen look. It is in excellent used condition with no rips, tears or stains. Could use a light ironing.
