    If the customer has entered a claim through the USPS for a lost package and has not received a response SHEPS USA will make every effort to assist  in tracking the  package but can not be held responsible for the lateness of the order.
    RECEIPT OF DAMAGED ITEM
    SHEPS USA stands behind its quality and  design of product and although we understand that during shipping our product may come to you damaged or askew were here to help.  If this happens, simply email SHEPS USA and include a photo of the item in question. Many issues can be corrected with some assistance from a SHEPS USA representative who will contact you within 24 hours of receipt of email during regular business days (Monday - Friday).
    Items received damaged due to the USPS handling process will be the responsibility of the customer to file a claim through their local USPS.
    RETURNS OR REFUNDS
    Due to our fast turnaround process, CANCELLATION REQUESTS  after an order has been placed are not available.
    On occasions refunds have been approved but only through email response from a SHEPS USA representative.  In this event a .00 repackaging/restocking fee is applied to the customers order with postage being the sole responsibility of the customer.
