Garmin Zumo XT Motorcycle GPS Sunshade, Black (Includes Stainless Hardware)

Sunshade for Garmin Zumo XT GPS. My custom design that uses the unique shape of the GPS to securely capture the sunshade with its two piece design. This is a much more secure design than other clip-on sunshade designs I've seen. Yes, it does take a few minutes to remove but I'd prefer to take a little time removing, when needed, rather than something coming off while riding.
Sunshade is made using a Resin 3D printer. The sunshade has been recently printed so is new but there are small imperfections from the printing process and may have minor scratches as a result of removing the printing support structure and post printing processes. The half circle on the mating surfaces are also needed for the printing process.
This is Black in color. Sunshade comes with all necessary hardware to install onto GPS, including nylon lock nuts. All hardware is 18-8 stainless. You will need a 3mm allen wrench and 7mm socket or wrench to assemble. The sunshade will ship assembled so should be pretty straightforward to install but have a few tips below.
Add the top piece first, stalling the GPS into the top piece, and align the edges(short side) with the surface that mates with the lower piece. See the last three pictures. The long edge may need to be slightly flexed for the GPS to insert as this is almost the exact size of the GPS. Be sure the GPS is in the correct orientation as this can be installed 180 degree off. The card and charging ports will be on right side, with GPS facing down, when installed in the correct orientation. Carefully install the lower piece, as to not shift the alignment, and add/tighten hardware. You may have noticed when disassembling but the washers fit into a recess in the top an bottom piece for each hole.The bottom piece is symmetric so no need to worry about orientation. Do not over tighten the hardware.
