This is a little girls' size 4 Enzie vintage party,
wedding flower girl,
pageant, or communion short puffed sleeve dress in white satin with a 4 layer skirt (see pic), white satin bows, and appliqued lace decorated with pearls on the front of the bodice, the ruffle flounce, the large bow in the back, and the shoulders. It comes with a veil with beads and silk flowers on a narrow crown headband (full circle, not a U shaped headband).
This is tagged as a size 4. Please check the measurements below against a well-fitting dress you have.

The dress is a short  puff sleeved dress with a beautifully reflective high sheen satin bodice with appliqued lace decorated with pearls and sequins and satin bows with more pearls.  The bodice has a 12 inch long zipper in the back with a large bow (with more pearls and sequins) at the back of the waist.
The skirt has 4 layers: a plain satin underskirt, a full layer of netting, and at the very inside is another underskirt of plain satin for comfort. The 5 inch flounce ruffle at the bottom with more bows and pearls finishes it off beautifully.
This will be beautiful for a fancy party, communion, pageant, or add white gloves for a bridal attendant.  Your child will be the best dressed at most any event, not gaudy and overstated, but beautifully and elegantly designed for a formal to very formal, or even a serious competitive event.
Everything is in beautiful pre-owned and vintage pristine condition, the colors are lovely and there is no fraying, pulling, stains, off putting odors, etc. of any kind.  The veil has slits on two sides to enable hairpins to go through.  The dress is freshly dry cleaned.
It's a fancy party dress that will definitely direct attention and generate compliments.
