This is old stock.
I had this Cutler Hammer cabinet built for a customer several years ago before I retired. I installed it and wired everything and just before I applied power, the customer decided he wanted Sq D. So after some haggling he finally, very firmly, decided he wanted me to order a Sq D I-Line system. I did, and installed it, and got paid, and everyone lived happily ever after.
Not quite..!! Now I had this monster cabinet and no place to put it and no place to keep it. I didn't have a customer that could use it. So since the cabinet itself had big holes punched in it. I decided to dismantle it and salvage breakers, buss bars and whatever I could.
The other day I found this box shoved way back under a shelf with the CTs and the power supply module and wiring. In the same condition as it was when I first disassembled it way back then. I had left as many wires intact as I could.
