    This classic style girls dress was made to order by the seamstresses of the Women's Exchange of St. Louis in the mid-80's. They sell heirloom quality clothing for children. The dress features a delicate blue calico with green leaves on white, an eyelet lace collar, white sleeve band and back ties. The dress buttons up the back. 4" hem. 12.5" underarm to underarm (25" chest). 10.5" shoulder to shoulder. Cotton blend fabric.
