MEASUREMENTS:  High Waist 21", Front Length 21.5", Neck 12", Arm Hole 12"
Very delicate machine embroidered net, cream color, trimmed with yards of lace on skirt and around neck.  Entirely hand sewn.  Note stains along front neckline were silk ribbonwork is.  Tiny pink and blue French handmade ribbonwork floral decoration along front.  I didn't launder.  Storage stains throughout.
