Antique Victorian Girl's Dress 1910s-20s Ivory Cotton Blend Lace Cutter Restore

This genuine antique clothing was acquired from the Coles County Historical Society of Illinois.   This young girl's dress is ivory colored with a polka dot and ribbed cotton blend fabric.  I love the heart lace detail!  Please note the widespread discolorations and some small holes.  Detailed measurements are above.  This is estimated to be size 3T and circa 1910s-1920s.  Recommended for restoration, study or upcycle.
