3M Dynamic mixing system. I used this system for my 74 Karmann Ghia restoration with the Platinum Plus body filler cartridges. It is foolproof since it mixes the filler and catalyst to the exact right consistency. Remember the work time for the 3M filler can be as short as five minutes, depending on outside temperature, so manual mixing without this device will shorten your actual working time which is already tight. After going through a couple of cartridges and getting a feel for the proper consistency, I was able to reproduce that consistency mixing my own and knowing I had it right.
