THE WAY TO TELL WHAT SPINE OF ARROW YOU NEED, IS IF YOUR SHOOTING A CENTER CUT BOW (RECURVE OR LONG BOW) YOU ADD 5# TO THE WEIGHT OF THE BOW AT THE POUNDAGE THAT IS WRITTEN ON YOUR BOW @28". THEN IF YOU DRAW OVER 28" ADD 3-5# PER INCH OVER THE 28" MARKED ON YOUR BOW. ADD THEM TOGETHER, PLUS THE POUNDAGE MARKED ON BOW. IF YOU ARE SHOOTING A SELF BOW TAKE OFF THAT 5# ON A CENTER CUT BOW
